| Chassis dyno tuning for BMW??? I was wondering if tuning software and hardware exists for the 95-99 M3 specifically, but really for BMWs in general, which can be tuned on the car realtime? Most Mustang guys tune their superchargered or modified cars on a chassis dyno; I get the drift BMW guys buy off the shelf stuff. Is the BMW aftermarket world too small for a company to come design a chip which can be tuned realtime on a chassis dyno? Thanks guys. |

| You can tune an ECU on the road or on a dyno machine. Most hard core BMWs are tuned on a dyno. See Active Autowerk, ICS Performance, Technique Tuning, Boost Logic, et al for more info on US tuners.
