Is that 140 thousandths applicable to all motors; as to lower comperssion? Or just on this specific motor?

diff motors have diff compression. I only know for certian e36 m, and 325 motors w/ vac .140 hg will run ideal 8:5:1 comp.

I would tend to think so, I was just looking at that dyno vid and that is why I questioned. He must have been in 4th gear. I dont know that much about dyno tests, but I thought they were done in the tallest gear.

Tallest gear is preferable but alot of people dont like a wheel spinning 150+mph next to them. However, #'s from 4th, 5th and 6th shouldnt vary by more than a few hp.
