Upgrading the ignition system for boost?

Have you guys upgraded your ignition system when you went F/I, and if so what all did you do. I'm trying to find a medium for what I want to upgrade and what needs to be upgraded. I don't know much about the system on the 325i, as the wires don't look very heavy duty. Also what spark plugs do you run and what are the preffered plugs for boost on our cars?

I don't think you need to upgrade the ignition.. .maybe the timing, and you might need thicker wires if the turbo is too close to them, but i doubt it.

thanks, but that doesn't help me much, I am looking for a reply from someone that actually modified their system. You can't just buy new wires for a 325i. They don't work like your regular car being the coil packs are individual and directly on top of the spark plugs.

I was considering going with an NGK laser plug, as I used these on my 3000GT and they were extremely nice.
