opinion on "XS Power"

This company called XS Power has turbo stuff (turbos, intercoolers, BOV's, etc.) ALL OVER ebay. This stuff is pretty cheap, and it seems like they are pieces of crap. Anyone have experience w/ their stuff, or heard anything about it?
