who makes the most powerful turbo for the e36 usm3 1995 3.0, active or what? i know that they have reliablitliy issues so i am curious as to what u guys think.second thought what are the top 5 turbo systems for my car. thank you

Nick G. of Technique Tuning made 361 rwhp on 8 (8.5?) psi. It's also around the price of 6,800... MUCH better than AA.

I wouldn't trust Active Autowerk with anything.

thanks you guys for the info. active i know is shitty just from hearing about dado's m3 is enough for me to not fuck with them, but they keep on getting more power out of there turbo's they just need to fix the reliability.what about using porsche turbo's that would be to much money though i bet.

Tecnique tunning is www.techniquetuning.com and they are located north of miami, fl. www.boostlogic.com has a turbo kit as well, and they are in houston, texas I believe. Any kit you get will make similar hp at the same boost, so it depends on how much psi, you'd like to boost and how much $$ you want to spend. Of course if you are knowledgeable enough about turbocharging vehicles you can build your own turbo kit for half the money and get just what you want in the kit.

thanks man for the webaddress. i aint that knowledgable about turbo's but im learning, what has attracted me initialy to bmw was the hp they get from na motors, and with all my bmw's all i have ever done is go all motor.but i got a ride in a turbo m3 about a year ago and i was completely blown away by it, so much so that i have deciede against selling my 95 to get a e46m3 i would rite know rather have a turbo m3.

Well i never heard about what AA did to Dado's car, but i have seen what Dado has done in that car and he beat the piss out of it

Your right the AA kits are way over priced and i would never buy there kit, and i don't know what happened with Dado and AA, and thats why i said what i said. i hope theres no hard feelings about that.

There are a lot of very happy AA customers .. they are a good company. Do you own research rather than blindly accepting internet gossip.

your right i have always liked active and respected what they have accomplished. but all the shit i have bean reading recently is leading me to believe that they are not that reliable.i wanted to do business with an american company but there are way more american companies that fuck with bmw's for me to rely on just one.an internet gossip helps us not get fucked by someone trying to make a profit off of us.
