Ive owned a AA stage II turbo car and a dinan supercharged car(both 97 M3's). The AA was faster dynoed 390hp to the wheels. I think the Dinan was about 320 at the crank. Both ausome cars. Dinan was a lot less money and easy to maintain. I was always bringing my turbo to the shop for tuning. Everyone might hate me for this but I'd probly go for the dinan right now. Unless you plan on having a track only car or are a ausome mechanic dont go with the turbo. Supercharge it and have a blast! thats my 2 cents. heres a pic of my turbo. I do miss it!!! my computer with the pics of the dinan were stolen.

Turbo hands down. By the way, I've NEVER had any tuning related issues the car has been running flawlessly, sorry to hear that yours wasn't

Whichever you choose, just get Technique Tuning software and you'll be fine. Turbo is definitely a better bang for the buck with much more upgradeability. It's not the cheapest way to enter the FI market, but it will give you the most for your money.
