GT35R on OBDII M3

I want to run the GT35R on my stock OBDII M3, how much work would need to be done to the engine for it to hold the psi given off by the GT35R? I am hopefully trying to get 400-500 rwhp by runing a GT35R setup.

We @ ICS did a custom 35r turbo on a stock 3.2 low compression via headgasket, yes stock internals! 504rwhp and 516rwt SAE, OBD2 set up. It is currently @ our facility. Pump fuel.

i am planning on doing a turbo but didnt want to just buy some kit from a shop but just pick all my own parts and i dont really want to change to much of the internals

i recently came across a "Rotomaster hi-flo A-R .85" turbo, i think for diesel engines, and its prety good size, i wonder if it would work well on my M3? anyone know-?

You are gonna blow up your car, seeing as you can't keep off the throttle

Should be fun to see if you actually go through with this, although you will have to produce a bunch more power than that to keep up with my E30

The MLS Cometic HG is .140 thick. It lowers the compression of the S50 & S52 to 8.9:1CR. This is what George is talking about. ARP studs are used here also.

Some of the cars have a street port on the head, dual valve springs, others more hardcore have oversized valves, more porting, yada yada.

Usually the boost is 17-19PSI. Maybe up to 22PSI. Pump gas.

I am going to install this HG and ARP studs soon and push it. However I do have JE forged pistons so it's not a fair comparison to the stock pistons. I will, however be pushing the stock rods to see what they can do though.

GT35/40R is sick turbo! If you use the 1.06 A/R turbine housing you can obviously get even more flow out of it! Here is a dyno sheet showing this!

sounds like i should be leanin more towrds the gtr35 than some aa kit. and just do all custom selected parts
