TDC, NOONE has ever said I was doing something wrong.

I was under the impression and encouragement , that IF i get RMS parts into peoples hands without them giving their hard earned money to OSh for him to pocket, I thought I was helping!!!

I made No money, I spent money and shipping costs to do it!!!!

I posted an aftercooler for sale, noone said anything to me, I sold it. I marked it SOLD.

Weeks later someone commented , that they were saving to get one.I said, get me 1/2 down a nd I would order it. I just answered his question, I did NOT solicit another sale.

NOONE has ever said. DO NOT DO THAT!!!. The sticky on the top of FI, did not appear until 2 days ago. Tailor made to show "I broke the rules" when the rule was not posted there when I did it!!!

Everyone knows that I am the ONLY one that can get RMS to do right, isn't that a service to the members of DTM?

If you let me stay, do you want me to pay you $200 a month from my pocket so I can HELP people get what they are looking for?

The $200 would mean jack to me and I would be happy to do it, if it meant I was breaking no rule and the RMS bashing (which seems encouraged) would simmer down.

yeah do like the other vendors do and pay to be an authorized vendor! then shit you can even make $10-20 on stuff you sell, be smart about it. don't try to find a loophole then bitch when you get caught. I'm sure the mod's wouldn't appreciate it too much if I came on here selling extreme's products but at no profit to me, its still an unauthorized commercial sale. even though I don't work for extreme but just know some people, its an item that extreme would not have sold if it were not for me, its different if its an item i've got in my garage I planned to use at one point or something.

First, it's in the registraton agreement stating that members are not allowed to solicit or post items for sale on behlaf of a non-supporting vendor. It just isn't fair for the supporting vendors. I'm sure you can understand that.

Second, I'm not sure you should have made that statement regarding how you are the ONLY one that can get RMS to do right. That's implying that RMS can't get it right on their own. Doesn't really say much about RMS now, does it?

Is it because I attack when someone attacks me or is it because I sold RMS parts for no profit?

I want you to consider putting back my 1000 pst account (which I did in like 6 months) and take the "axe to grind" off me.

I want to continue educating the FI boys and the E36 crowd. If you want me to become a SUPPORTING VENDOR, even though I am NOT, I will, or I will not peddle RMS parts on the forum, only privately.

I agree, I lose if I am off your forums, but so do SOME of your members. Obviously not the ones who "complain" about my honesty and truthful answers about thier setups.

You people have admitted I have been useful.

TDC, I am admitting RMS cannot get it right on their own.

Everyone knows that. Noone trusts thier deposit money with OSH. That is WHY I have been collecting it.

I have ALWAYS said Osh makes GREAT products but he is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE business man,

That is WHY i support his products, but it does not mean I have to like HOW he does business.

He listens to me, I am a great buffer between the members and his wallet.

I have NEVER said anything to the contrary on this subject.

1. I really don't think Josh has a personal axe to grind with you. For the record, I'm the one that banned you the last time. If you want to be pissed at someone, be pissed at the right person.

2. Two wrongs do not make a right. I told you this in person on one of my visits to Chez CMT & Jess. I'm really surprised you still haven't decided to take the high road in this situation.

3. I have no knowledge of what kind of education goes on here since I hold no interest in FI for BMW. Therefore, I am not the best person to make a decision regarding that point.

4. It's already been established that you are selling parts as a service to Osh/RMS. No sales of RMS parts will be allowed by you on DTMPower as a member --- EVER. If you apply to become a supporting vendor and that application is accepted, that is a different story. But as it stands, you are no longer permitted to sell RMS parts. Period.

5. What the fuck is "you people" supposed to mean?????
