Options for Turboing from Seattle

I'm buying an E36 OBD I 2Dr M3 within the next couple of months and I'm looking for roughly 500-600 RWHP. Now I live in seattle, how far would I have to ship my car to get it to a trustable shop for those kind of numbers? I'm not too sure of many tuning shops in the sea-town area so I was wondering if anyone could put some insight into this. Any information you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Carb Conn. is the place you will want to go. They deal with active autowerks, and install and tune engine management systems. I had my car tuned there, as well as many others from dtmpower. I highly recommend them. Its also not far from seattle, which is a plus.

Sorry but i wouldn't recommend carb tuning... although maybe for BMW they might be alright, cuz i hear they do a lot of them.

i had my turbo done there, and there were way to many things done wrong that i didn't like. i'm not very hard to satisfy and i just wasn't satisfied.

well maybe it's because my car was the first Lexus that they installed and tuned, but i'm pretty unhappy with them.
