Boostlogic Turbo Kit????

has anybody heard of this company? or had any ex. w/ their turbo kit?

Looks like they do some nice stuff. I prefer the tubular manifolds then the collector type anyways.

yeah i was looking at their turbo kit and i heard that it was suppose to be coming out by the end of this year. But i have yet to see them test the kit on a car and also the price tag? Any newer info would be great...

i was thinkin about goin with aa tuning's stage 2, but after alot of reasearch and just now seeing boostlogic's page and reading about their bmw setup. Its definately gonna be a boostlogic turbo I end up with. thats a definite 100%

I hate to say it, but all the problems you have had with AA is making me not want to buy anything from them, or even have them do any repair's. I think I'll call up Nick in Pampano Beach

Seriously though, I constantly find another problem you've had every day. The engine mounts, the 6k rpm etc...

I think their manifold looks pretty decent. I know that BL's manifold requires some engine mount mods for the turbo intake plumbing, but other than that it's comparable to RUI's from what I've seen.

i've been waiting for that manifold to be available for almost three months now. they told me it will be about three MORE weeks, they keep saying that everytime i email them(since september). you only need a new motor mount if your planning to run bigger than a 3in intake.

well i would like to get the mani from BoostLogic, but i am yet to see a price for it even.



I just got off the phone with a guy at boostlogic. He told me within 3 weeks until they have some manifolds made up. They are selling a coated and non coated manifold. Difference between the 2 is $1,300 price tag and a $1,500 price tag. The manifold is flanged for a T4 Turbo, I'm running something otherwise so thats not going to work for me.

whats RUI? is that a different company that makes tube manifolds too.
im planning on running the gt35r.

I called Boostlogic today this is what they said

E36 Turbo Kit to be released beginning of Jan. 2005.

Cost : 6,000 - 8,000 depending on what engine managment system they use.

The kit includes everything that is listed on their webpage (www.boostlogic.com) except for the engine managment system.
All this plus more will be released on their website right befroe xmas.

Once again it will cost $6,000 - $8,000.00 depending on what engine management system they use.

I will vouch for boostlogic. I never knew they did bimmer stuff. But I have used them in some Supra related projects. Quality stuff check Supraforums and see the monster HP cars that have come from them.
