| im confused to what your asking for. forged pistons are forged pistons, they are the same thing N/A or Turbo except the compression ratios. i believe the turbo pistons have a flatter top than the N/A pistons |

| OK, let's ask again I see that most of turbo pistons have hollow head and N/A high C/R pistons have dome type head. Is this design only for compression ratio ? Can I use hollow head type forged piston (with longer rods) in N/A & high C/R engine ? ( I call them hollow for concave design and dome for convex design.)

| why would you want to do that? since you are going to have to purchase forged pistons why not get the right ones. the dome pistons are high compression, and the flat(concave) are low compressions. |

| for example I got pistons for turbo, I used them in turbo engine, then I decided to convert the engine to naturally aspirated high C/R engine. It is not easy to sell the pistons and buy again dome type pistons. You can use again your existing pistons (with longer rods) , because you know their history etc.
