aatuning bigger turbo with kit

If you have a aatuning stg 1 generation 2 full turbo kit. And say that the turbo was blown. Is there any other turbo that you can buy that will run with all the other parts of the kit and make more power. Something that would be just a drop in deal, i don't want to be messing around with stuff too much. Any ideas....thanks - Mike

Considering the AA Gen II kit was pretty pathetic compared to the current Gen 3 kits, I'd assume there would have to be a lot of things upgraded. Gen II piping was very small and the intercooler is a joke. You would need bigger injectors and new software. Software alone from AA costs big money, at least $500+ . If you go with a different style turbo, you would also have to have a new downpipe made if it doesn't match your current style flange.
