What rpm does your turbo have full boost?

I am looking for a turbo and i am trying to get some ideas.

What rpm do you think is best for street use, with occational drag racing, and of course some street racing.

trying to hit 400whp at about 10psi. then possably 450-480whp no more then 18 psi of boost.

The GT30R sounds just like what you need. Nice spool up too since it's ball bearing.

I had a t60-1 and it had some lag so full boost would be around 4k. Here is the mod list.
