Arp Head Studs???

I just installed ARP head studs in my supercharged M3. Now I am being told that after 10-15k miles I will need to retorque them. Has anybody else heard this BS. I mean that is the reason I went with ARP's was because of them not being stretch bolts.

ARP's do not need retorquing...is it smart to check them anyway? yes.
Stretch bolt do exactly that...on the final torque ..they are not resuable.
