| Has anyone heard anything bad about RMS?? Please Help so, dropped off my car this morning in Osh's garage, the owner of RMS. Now it seems as though everywhere i look there's something bad to be said about RMSs reputation. Im freakin scared. I want to get my car towed outta there tomorrow. btw, i over revved my car and that's what's going to be fixed. not going for any S/C stuff. Last edited by Blown///M3 : 10-26-2004 at 11:15 PM. |

| i have heard mixed things as well, marco is all about RMS and looking at their stuff, i would be tempted to get their kit and have him make me a chip for it cause it sounds like he is pretty into the RMS and self tuning. they use good stuff, but the think that i have heard about them is the customer support, but if you talk to marco it sounds like he can solve any problem you have with it lol (sorry to put you on the spot but you make it sound like you do!! it is rad ) the price of their kits is good as well.

| I just got off the phone with Osh, and he really doesnt seem to be as evil like everybody says. He explained to me all the reasons why people say what they say on forums. Also, in his line of business there are bound to be some unhappy customers. Anyway, i now feel comfortable having my car worked on by him and his team. btw, it's 9:15 pm right now and he's at the shop; that says something too. thanks for your insight folks Last edited by Blown///M3 : 10-27-2004 at 09:20 PM. |

| Osh Here Hi Fellows It's nice to personally read the feedback on my company. My head is out of the sand ( unless I'm working in my lab) and from now on I will be personally reading the forums. In the past it was done for me and has proven not to be the best approach. Running a progressive tuning operation is not for the weak hearted. It is constantly under scrutiny by readers and the press. What I have learned as business man and a creative person, is to not take everything I read to heart. The negative press is certainly a concern to me and I now weigh out the cause and effect on a one to one basis. I have many supporters who praise my work, and I do appreciate the compliments. I do not believe my own good press or you would be left with a know-it-all. I have never been a publicly self-promoting individual nor do wish to become one. My life's work has been a commitment to bring new ideas and technology to the automotive enthusiast. I love cars and car people. It's fascinating and I'm driven by it. As far as RMS is concerned, it will always be the think tank that it is. It will always be watched and scrutinized by the competition and their friends. We are not a flawless company and we will never be. We will be in progress to be the best company we can be to both automotive sciences and the enthusiast. Osh Minelian A quote that I live by. We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success; we often discover what will do, by finding out what will not do; and probably he who never made a mistake never made a discovery. -- Author: Samuel Smiles |
