so dado, what exactly do you cut into to make it through the side?

where the exhaust goes into the car is just sheet metal. Through where it comes out you have to be careful because the frame rail is there. You have to drill some pilot holes to make sure you cleared it and then cut the 4 inch whole that the exhaust has to go through. After you run the exhaust through the car you can have to make a tunnel for it. For example PTG did it like this but they have a muffler in there (mine is just a 3 inch pipe).

Does the exhuast release any heat into the car? i see the heat wrap but you never know. Does any of the sound come into the car at all?

Other then looking badass, is there are reason the exhuast comes out of the side?

Nah that was mostly for better cushioning. Sitting on those seats for 8 hours gets a little painful after a while.

yeah the passenger seat is not too comfortable. The drivers seat is great!
