| That is a pretty broad question.How much boost/how high compression/heat exchanger/racing or street cruising/who does the tuning is very important.If it is done RIGHT it should have a slight effect on drivetrain longevity.If it is done wrong your car can last several miles. |

| depends on how much boost your running...a basic setup that you'd buy from a company won't take too much off the life of the engine, but it will make it shorter...I can't say exactly as my only experience is coming from a few years of hearing others talk about it, but my estimate would be 10-20% of the life of the engine would be taken off.
