| Running too lean? I have a AA Stage 1 turbo kit on my 95 M3. Yesterday I was racing a friend of mine and close to redline my car sounded like a BB gun shooting blanks. There were large pops of air coming from the exhaust, and the car wasnt giving any more power. I went to a local tuner shop and asked them what that might be. Since they weren't too familiar with turbo BMW's they said it sounds like I might be leaning out. They said the solution is too get larger fuel injectors? My first questions is could this be the problem?, Second I thought AA gave larger fuel injectors for their turbo kits?, and finally What s the solution and what are the best fuel injectors to use, price, and where to get them? |

| Hey Dado, It doesnt really sound like that, yours sounds more like a pop. This is more of a puff. Could it be due to my messed up Apex boost controller. My firend was playing with it, messed up all of the settings, and etc. I think it says running on 8 cylinders, bust duty is wrong and some other stuff. |

| yeah mine is a problem with the alternator, need to get a new one. The tec3 is very sensitive to current changes.
