| M52 Internals I'm building a project E39 523, am looking to raise displacement to about 3.6L so am looking for forged pistons, forged conrods & forged stroker crankshaft. After this, its getting a 40psi through a twin-screw blower and nitrous. Changing transmission with a fully rebuilt item to hold 700+ hp.
Have been talking to a couple engine builders, but most of their information and thoughts are based on large displacement muscle cars. Wanted to ask the BMW guys what their thoughts are. Who's good for custom internals? How big can I go regarding bore x stroke?
Looking to order my internals this week as the car needs to be ready by the end of the year. Thanks for any input you can provide! |
