Anyone here sc'ed running the m50 manifold also?

If theres anyone here with a sc'er and a m50 under there hood please speak up.I would love to know what you gained with the m50 manifold over the m52 mani. I would also love to see some before and after dynos of this. thanks

I've got a 98 M3 with a M50 manifold. I'm also butting the traction control manifold, boring the throttle body and hanging an aftermarket exhaust, I'll get a dyno run when it's all done and let you know if you shoot me an email at ertelj@yahoo.com. Take my advice, if you're going to the m50 manifold buy someone's kit, it took me a long time to plumb it in and it doesn't look as OEM'ish as one of those kits.

ertelj, HAMANN (Mike) made that post 10 months ago. He has since put the intake on, took it off and SOLD the car for I believe a VIPER. It is old.

Yes that is correct. the post is old. Since then I have put the mani on, dynoed, took it off and sold my car. I came close to buying a viper but decided to hold off for another 2 years until I finish my college education.

All is great, congrats on 400whp, and I know your going to love the sound the track pipe will give you when you rip on it on the freeway. Trackpipe + dinan exhaust = beautiful sound. Maybe if we had 93 oct, and the emission laws werent so strict here in cali, id still have my M. I miss my ///M but am happy to get a total of bout $36k out of it. I still am always browsing through bimmerforums, mostly cause I want to see 99m3's progress with his cartech FMIC kit. Not sure what ever happened with that for him. I think im happy I didnt go through with the buy (I originally bought that same fmic kit and then cancelled order so 99 m3 bought it.) Anyhow will be looking for your dyno results.

I'd say you'll get at least 420rwhp... the weather + more flow should do wonders... can't wait to see the results...
