whats the best size turbo for the M20?

Acually whats the best size T3/T4 for the 2.5 m20. I have a T3 flange so i have to stick with that. What do you think would be a good hot, and cold size? Thinking about upgrading size Thanks

I currently have a turbo eta project in the works right now....Im currently running a T3 and it work perfectly but chokes out a little at my red line (5300) but sense you are an "i" motor you will probibly want to run a T3/T4 hybrid with a .63 Exhuast A/R and a intake of .53 or greater.........this will give the spool time of a T3 and the compression of a T4.....
