Adding Bypass valve to e36????

I was wondering if anyone could help me locate a place to hook the bypass valve line to a e36 engine. I built my s/c setup and wanted to use a bypass valve to release the pressure when im not on the gas. Unlike my previous car (91 mustang) i can't find anywhere that only showes vacume at idle or when the throttle is released???

Any help would be great!
