| Difficult, perhaps. It's definitely doable. We've done gaskets as well as R&Ring the kits to do motors.

| i put mine on i had to get help taken it off but it can be done with a very small wrench thats not gauldy it takes time but can be done

| Took me 3 hrs to install the AA turbo exhaust manifold. The head does NOT have to be removed. This manifold is really reliable and wont crack. I have about 30k miles on my kit so far. |

| It's not that hard. The thing you may have to worry about is removing studs from the head when backing them out. THey are not hard to put back in but it does take a little time I ended up taking about 12 of them out and having to re-stud them which took more time than putting the manifold on. The only other problem is the lower left stud on the 1st cylinder closer to the bumper is puttung it on first because it is a very tite fit and cannot be put on last!
