| wideband o2 sensor does anyone have prices and links for some good wideband o2 sensors? thanks I am looking at this one, has anyone used it before? http://www.fjoracing.com/ |

| I've used the MoTeC PLM quite a bit. They are a little pricey but they are very handy with fully programable outputs for dataloggers etc...

| Stock O2 sensors are narrowband sensors, only accurate near stoich. Wideband O2's are accurate over typically 10:1 to 20:1 AFR. For tuning a FI car, you NEED a wideband O2. Bob

| Dado, do a search for wideband VW stuff.. you can buy a 5 wire wideband volkswagen sensor for like $38 retail from the dealer (they were part of a mas air flow/o2 recall therefore the car company forced the manufacture to reduce the price) im not at home so i cant link you directly. the supra guys are using setups like this. i think you can buy a controller box (converts the signal to a nice number or display voltage so its pretty) for cheap good luck

| Dado, Yeah, check the supraforums for FJO. There are many guys using it and have been very happy with the results. I especially like the new 2-1/16 gauge display. Makes it much easier than the old boxy display unit they had. Unbelievable car by the way. Let me know next time you're down here in Miami. I would love to check it out in person... Good luck

| Check up on AEM's new unit on their site www.aempower.com here is a brief rundown AEM Wideband UEGO Controller AEM's Wideband UEGO Controller is available in single- and dual-channel modes, and is the most affordable UEGO controller available. The AEM Wideband UEGO controller has a very low current draw, and features both 0-5v calibrated output and 0-1v calibrated output to mimic the factory narrow-band sensor, eliminating the chance of a factory computer issuing a trouble code. Key Features: Ideal for use with ANY aftermarket standalone engine managament system Accurate to 0.1 AFR (Bosch UEGO conditioning) Available in single- or dual-channel modes Bosch sensor(s) included 0-5v calibrated output with 0-1v secondary output to eliminate trouble codes Extruded enclosure features titanium anodizing for enhanced durability Also they are releasing a really Nice Display that fits in any normal gauge pod for this unit very shortly. it will have a led indicator ring as well as the digital exact A/F readout in the center. I Deal with alot of the AEM EMS units and I think they are excellent!!

| I have the FJO WBO2 system on my car (E30 M3 w/ A-N). It is a well built unit that will maximize your tuning efforts. You can view and log with a Palm Pilot so you dont have to have a laptop in the passenger seat all the time. If you want to run this and the OEM for closed loop, you will need to have another sensor bung welded in the header in a good spot to get accurate readings. T
