| getting fuel to the injectors Im running some secondary injectors for my turbo M20 and am looking for the best way to run a hose from the fuel rail, to the fuel injector top...I'm wary of pushing a hose on top and clamping it as 45 PSI (3 bar)is a lot for a clamp to endure...is there a special fitting somewhere that will fit the top of the fuel injector?

| maybe picture's will do better justice: the injectors form a VERY tight fit inside those fittings. i plan on using wither 19# injectors, or 24# injectors as i can get both for free, its just a matter of which i get first. I will be using an SMT-6 piggy back unit to control the this set of injectors

| Wow, thats going to be kinda tough to do easily. Since the injector bungs aren't the same width/angle apart, you wouldnt be able to fit a standard type fuel rail (1 per side) with a fitting for 1 hose. I have yet to see fittings that fit on top of injectors, mainly because they are pressure-fit. Your best bet might just to clamp the fuel line to the top of the injector. I just put in some 32lb/hr injectors and tuned the fuel map down low so its not idling REALLY rich. They also supply more than enough fuel up top. Though, I know your mentor suggested you have secondaries. matt

| well i found the fittings, they are from MSD about are about 120 bucks for 8 of them!!!! JEBUS. If it was up to me, i would just upgrade the primary injectors..but mark is more of a "my way or the highway" type of guy, and i dont know where id get free dyno time and tuning anywhere else ; ) He actually suggested that i find a smaller fitting that fits very snuggly over the rubber o ring on top and clamp it down with a spring clamp or something or nother, doesnt sound like a bad idea, i may try it out, if that doesnt work ill clamp a hose on top of it.
