| Dasc How much boost does the dasc run? Do you have to tune your comp or run it as is? How much horsepower gain does it give? Also did you feel the difference after installing it where u happy with the results? Jus a few questions thanks! ![]() |

| There is an E36 318 with a DASC at Bavariacars at the moment.

| The stock DASC is about 7-7.25 psi depending on outside temperature. With the check valve upgrade, expect .5 psi more than that. If you live in a very cold region, I've heard of some people reaching 8-8.25 psi. Considering power is almost a linear function of boost, and you gain about 70 hp over the stock 138 hp output, it's slightly over a 50% power gain. It uses stock software. A new RRFPR (rising rate fuel pressure regulator) provides more fuel to match the boosted air intake. I'm ordering mine in a few days... will let everyone know how the install goes. |
