There is such a thing, however I don't recommend someone rebuilding their own turbos. Turbonetics has a 100,000 machine that oils up the turbos, and spins them up to way beyond operating RPM and balances the shafts. Without this balance, the turbo's will tear themselves apart in no time. Spend the money and ship your turbo to Turbonetics.
