My C32 vs Supercharged S2000 / 2001 GT Mustang

i raced the s2000 from a redlight...but he told me to race him in a roling start..he said when i hit 20mph punch it so i did whatever he thought was in his favor and in 1st i was in the lead by 3cars in 2nd the lead was 2cars then in 3rd the lead went to 5-6car lengths..i shall race him again...has a modded up s2k..real nice but he doesn't drop the clutch at 6K+ off the line cause he has broken axles before. The 2001 GT Mustang was go on 3rd honk ..he had some racing crew sticker on the back with his gf in the car i had 4 people in my car. So i dropped the car into 2nd to get his attention and on 3rd honk we went for it, when i hit 120mph he was 9-10 cars back

C32's are fast. They are really nice cars. I happened to see one beat an e55 at a Benz meet recently.

it's able to beat the big boy benz's like the CL55, S55 and E55 is because the power:weight ratio...like big bentley's that cost alot with 6.7liter V8's (don't get me wrong those are still fast cars doing 0-60 in the high 5's)

i don't carry Neiman Marcus shopping bags all the time this saturday we are renting out a race track, GrandSport Speedway for half a day....i wonder how long this car will last... and yes any chance i get to pull up next to someone i'll give them the signal to race...i have more street encounters to post but talkin about those cars isn't even worth it..and i really want to pull up next to a Z06+ and see how bad my ass gets handed to me. Only cars i have lost to are cars at the 1/4mile track that are all out drag cars with slicks and skinnies shooting NOS running on race gas type cars

Nice car you have there roozy. As earthworm02e46 stated it beat a E55 but it was also racing a Kleemann Supercharged CLK430 and the C32 pulled ahead of both of those cars.

nice car are you going to by a SC pulley or anything? ..a few companies have come out with pulley's, chips, belts, camshafts, headers, air filters and exhaust etc. Renntech is testing out a pulley/chip/belt kit and it's priced between $3500-$5000 for 30hp...screw that deal

have you ever thought about getting a manual tranny? benz makes damn good autos, so changing may not be such a good idea? just curious what you've heard cuz there is a guy in an auto supra running low 11's, then he switched to 6 spd manual and is supposed to be a bit slower..traction i suppose. anyway is it common cor ppl with benz's to switch to manuals? thx..also, i would like to see you and the slk 32 race(are they supercharged as wel?) sorry for all the q's

and btw..you have my dream car! i want a c4 soooo bad. in the next few yrs i hope to get a used 993. am i correct that the only diff between 996 and 993's are cosmetics, and the 996 turbo has liquid cooling instead of air?
