Seems like since we had Wheelpowerfest 2002 show, Dado got enough COTM pics and Mike for vids to last a couple of years hehehe. Thats just for the west coast, I cant imagine how much they have for the east.

Its just for looks really. Actually, its a pain in the ass since I cant use any gas pump. It has to be a pump without that boot that covers the nozzle. It wasnt molded either because it will crack eventually so you see the gap.

RichP - The tach is messed up right now and I havent had the time to get it fixed. The service light was on for 2 reasons:
1. Custom interior. When they took my front seats off they had to unplug the connection/sensor to the airbags.
2. Gas cap - I guess BMW has a sensor on the gas cap and since we changed it the light went on.

Maybe its because I havent taken it back to BMW to get serviced either. I get my oil changes somewhere else and they dont have the tool to reset it. I may pay more but at least I get my car back without any BS surprises......

What will crack? Just have your shop weld the original fuel door onto the car. You will have no cracking. That is what I had done. As far as the gas station, I am lucky very few have those rubber things on the nozzels around here as it is a PITA to use them with this type of set-up. I use a $10 quick-fill gas cap (under the aluminum one) to make things easier. If you don't have one get one at Auto-Zone, Pep-Boys, etc.

BTW Your car looks nice.

Thanks a lot man.....anything to make filling up gas easier is great. I'll look into getting that welded, I just havent had time. Your car is awesome, had me confused with Dado but you can see the difference. Thanks again.

///Samson thanks. We actually had 2 cars to cover that day and we ran out of daylight when it came to my turn. Its cool though cause my car was dirty. Dirt doesnt show when the sun is almost gone

porkyzilla - I still dont know how much I have spent but its safe to say that its more than half of what the car is off the lot. I'm still adding mods but this time its a little bit at a time.
