I go to start it and its DEAD. I hook up the battery charger , some things work but it needs more juice to start. I go to put down the windows.... nothing... windshield wipers.. nothing... interior lights.... not working. I figure as soon as the car starts this will all be solved. I turn the car over, it starts, but most of my accessories are STILL not working. I checked all the fuses --- nothing--- please help!
