alright this past weekend i was driving my car kinda hard. it was fine up until monday morning when i tried to drive to micky d's. it was driving fine all the way there but then i was about to order and i noticed a very weird sound almost sounding like wind chimes or something simular coming from under my car. so i just thought i'll drive back home and see whats up. so thats what i did, all the while hearing the same sound. there was no engine overheating or anything along those lines just the weird sound. so i get back to the house part the car and pop the hood. there was little droplettes of oil coming from somewhere and pooling up on the right side(when standing in front of car) wheel well. there was also a large amount of coolant leakage from, i have no idea where. i have started the car once since then and dont know what it is. i was thinking maybe a motor mount? or maybe the head gasket or something.

please if you have any idea what in the world this could be, HELP!

with 10+ years to its credit.. my OE battery is weakening and the car is slow to crank when it sits.

i did some reading and Douglas (who made the oE battery) is now gone and the dealer uses Exide.. the cheapest I found was about $100 plus shipping.

I did some reading and an MTP 91 from interstate is a good replacement. it's a bit shorter but fits due to the multiple anchor points in the trunk, it's vented and more powerful.

I went with a generic Deka group 91 that i got through a wholesaler we deal with at work.,. $77 with the vent kit.

I am pleased so far.. but i def will not get 10 years out of it.
