uploading

When i upload my video it seems that i loose resolution and quality. How can i fix this

Where are you uploading it to? If it's an FTP site, then there won't be any change... but if you are u/l'ing to google, streetfire, youtube, etc then of course it will lose res because they resize the vid to fit their format.

Im talking abou ton to my comoputer to a editing program.
