| Organizing mass amounts of clips I have a question for some of you guys who work on a larger scale. If you got a ton of footage for whatever reasons like a DVD, or just collected it over time, in what way do you organize the footage? Currently I just go through the tape and record the little peices I like, and name it something like "subject date clip#" IE "Woodward Cruise 8-19-05 1" Is there a better way to do this? Im worried when I get a lot im going to spend to much time looking through clips. |

| folders, and events in the clip. When we were editing "Hyper Street Racing Type B" We'd have clips called "rental Mustang offroad" or "superstreet autoxcam dados car" or "jonathans car hits wall" etc.. just really simple. When the dvd went gold, I deleted over 200GB of video from this computer.
