| the engineer that designed the M10 block has been quoted as saying something along the lines of; I designed that block, and would have not expected it to hold more that 400hp - how it holds 1200+ is amazing to me" multi-valve head, buttloads of boost, and fuel that would haze windscreens - thats how you get 1200+ hp from 1500cc ... wow ... 1hp per cc - thats mental. mind you, what do top fuel drag cars churn out? 5K HP or more? - mind you, that motor only has to hang together for 600 revolutions ![]() |
