 Electric Fan on 02 Does anybody know about putting an electric fan on a 2002. It seems like it would free up some power and keep the engine cooler. How would someone get the fan to run? Could you hook something up to the thermostat? Or would it be easier to activate it manually?      |

| electric fan on an 02 is possible.. a 12" permacool pusher fan works if you have a good radiator... thermo switches are at autozone for $20.. I cut the nose out and put a SBC two row aluminum radiator in it  it will never run hot again!! MUHAHAHAHA

| I have an electric on mine mounted behind the grills but in front of the radiator. Its hooked up to my rear defroster switch so whenever i want to turn it on i just pull out the knob... Simple as that... Just have to be careful and watch the temp.
