Exhaust Manifold problem

I was just trying to put some new headers i got from bavarian motorsport on my 69' 2002, and i go to try to take off the nut and the nut and stud come off as an assembly. The nut and stud appear to be rusted together. Is there any way to separate them or do i have to get new studs, if so where can i get them(the headers came with nuts, gasket and sheild)

Have you tried some sort of loosening agent on them yet? I don't know if mine were stuck on, I had a shop do my exhaust for me. Other than that, I don't know. Try calling Bavauto up and see if they have the parts. Otherwise maybe a local exhaust shop could help you out with the parts.

home depot bring the nut with you and just get the stud.use the blue loctite when you put it back in.
