speaking of suspensions, i was looking under the front of my 69' 2002 i just got and i was shocked to see it had coilovers. Now they do not look new by any means. should i take em out and put shocks and spings in? (I plan to race my 02') In the rear it has bilsteins but they feel really soft
also is there anyway to fix the unsychronized 1 downshift w/o a 5 speed conversion
maybe you're confusing coilovers with macpherson struts? because BMW 2002's dont have shocks and springs up front.
Rides:1992 BMW 325IS & 1983 320i-both undriveable:(

Hey guys, i wouldn't recomend drifting in an auto car. That sounds like it could get a little dangerous. The manual gearbox is what gives a car the potential to control a real drift and come out of it clean and smooth. Just my 2 cents.
