| Well get on on it! ;-) Are those both yours in your sig? I've seen a few with that body in the lower pic...where do you get something like that, and how much customer body work is involved? Also, for anyone, where can I look for wheels? I'd like to look at some deeper dish BBS-like rims, or some potenza style ones...? |

| the picture in the lower corner of my sig is of another car that has the same body kit.. mine is silver as well and pretty much looks the same.. the kit is imported from germany.. for some obscene ammount of money... There is alot of body work involved... it replaces front and rear quarters on both sides.. has a rear valence.. side skirts.. new door skins.. front spoiler.. and rear spoiler.. that's all the body work involved I found my kit on a car in west palm for $500.. but it came with a car and a race engine.. as for deep offset bbs wheels.. you really can't get beyond 15x7 with a 29mm offset.. or you'll rub on stock fenders.. need um.. flares then you can say ur interested in my new Zender 15x8's with zero offset Party On

| You planning on coming to any meets so you can show that thing off? I think we're prolly gonna have one in late April or May.

| MacDubois, I wasn't aware of any meets in MN, whats the word? I'll be at most of the BMW CCA driving schools and social events, I'm a board member of the North Star chapter...but I'd love to know about other BMW meets. |

| For local news, stuff gets posted in the regional forums here every once in awhile, but the Bimmerforums has a Minnesota thread under great lakes, in regional, its about 60 pages long, but if you skip to the end you'll get the most recent stuff. We just had a "meet", would've had about 7, but there were timing issues. There will be another, sometime in April after every one's cars come out for the summer. Last summer there were 3 or 4, usually with 7-10 cars, the big one had 20. Oh, and your '02 is frickin sweet.

| OG Bimmers UNITE!!! LOVIN' the deuce. Classic car with so much heritage. I doubt any E46/E36ers can tout as much racing and BMW heritage as us old schoolers. Keep it up! Im so happy every time I see someone having some pride in an old Bimmer. I choose my E30 325e, and ///M3 over any 2004 gizmo-laden-bimmer any day. But then again, Im hard-headed.

| I totally agree. If you want a real driving machine, you gotta go for the older BMWs. The new ones are amazing technologically and I'm sure are a blast to drive, but when I see a brand new 5 driven by some middle-aged woman I can't say I'd trade her cars anyday, or even feel any envy at all. I love my E36 too, but an E30 M3 is still my dream car , looking good man. |

| Thanks, man. Trust me. MANY E36ers with all sorts of mods have confided in me that their real desire is an E30 ///M3. And these are people on the show circuit. Its night and day. I can give you a sight with MANY different comparo's between the two, not one takes the E36 over the E30 in terms of feedback and overall driver input/feedback/flat out fun. Its a drivers car definition. Not one you want A/C, park distance control, heated seats, bumpin' system in. Wow, Ill quit my rambling and my hi-jacking of this thread. Sorry, haha.
