| the 3 series has grown on me a lot in the past year or so...especially when it came out and i got to be around it 24/7 for months. and then my dad bought a 325xi e90....then i completely fell in love with it. They might not look great but if you get a chance to drive one, you will surely be blown away.

| saw a e90 in delphin grey at about 6 in the evening, this is the only time when a e90 looks good. sure they mat look semi good against a jap car, but if you line em up against pervious 3series models, it looks like a POS (IMHO). as jeremy clarkson said 'the new BMW 3 series is just another car'

| Although the majority of the e90 looks good its just the tail lights that have got me against the car and as blades2001 said, its really nothing unique. whens the e90 M3 coming out? or are they skipping this model?

| they should give it a major facelift shortly to win back the loyal BMW customer. I'n not wanting to sound like a traditionalist drag or so, it's just that is Bimmer doesn't watch out their new design direction would major results which will no benifit the brand.

| The rear of the E90 is the splitting image of one of those new now defunct Daewoo's, the something or other. I dunno, but line em up and you'll see. Maybe it needs smoother edges and some LEDs to make it look classier or something.

| ugly. bmws have always had a distinct look, and theyre losing it now. i read a car and driver interview with the douchebag responsible for the new look of all the designs newer than the e46 (Chris Bangle) and he really is that, a douchebag. he talks like hes the hottest shit in car design, and he actually refers to himself in the article as some kind of visionary-poineer. im sure driving one of the newer cars would help my outlook, but at the end of the day i still would be disappointed with what it looked like. good styling died with the last e46 that rolled off the line in my opinion. -and there is an e90 m3 coming out, im not entirely sure when, but the rumors of its details are all over the place. bmw might go back to offering it in a 4 door as well as a coupe and vert, and its rumored to have a v8 under the hood.

| We always think the new 3 series is ugly, then after a while it looks better then the next generation 3 series looks ugly etc. The new 330 for some reason really caught my eye the other day, its stance looks nice. I always wait till i see an M3 in person before i can judge a new 3 series.

| i think the new m5 does look very mean... the standard models dont but despite the new m5 being the size of a bus, and very tall like a bus, it does actually look pretty evil IMO. i dont like the new 3er at the moment, i think the front is very bland and fat, and the back is like pikachu or something
