i like how it looks. saw one a couple weeks ago in behind the local bmw dealership and it surprised me. even the infamamous ugly rear end does not look bad. i also heard that the six speed is amazing. there are little lights under the door handles that look awsome too. overall i really like the car.

TDC... what color is the 325i and what packages does it have? I noticed it has a carbon fiber splitter, and very nice rims. I didnt see that when I went to drive the e90 at my dealer, and it looks very nice.

thanks

Unfortunately, I couldn't open the hood to check the color code since they had that car locked. But my guess is that it's Monaco Blue (since that's the only blue BMW is offering for the E90).

It looked like it had the premium, sport, NAV. The carbon fiber splitters, trunk spoiler, and rims are BMW OEM parts that you can purchase from any dealer.

I think he meant that according the press pictures, the tachometer only goes up to 5k RPMs. This sounds like the diesel version with such a low limit. What did the car you drive rev to?

Honestly, I couldn't give you an exact number. I know it's somewhere well in the 6000 range.

Nice write up Tom! Looking forward to seeing some E90's. I'll still take my E36 M over an E90 330 anyday! (since it's almost fully paid for lol).
