e46 M3 mirrors for e36 M3?

Not sure if this has been asked before. I searched pervious posts couldn't find anything. Will e46 M3 mirrors fit an e36 M3? If so whats involved in the install. Also how much do they go for?

While I agree that the E36 M3 mirror is visually superior, I fail to see the resemblance between the E46 M3 mirror and the ACS piece...

I remember a guy that had done e46 m3 mirrors on his e36 at a meet last year. I think it was a silver coupe, with a Rogue DMS exhaust.

I don't think it'd look right anyway.. the E36 is boxy, E46's are rounded.. it'd clash i think. just like the e46 m3 front air dam for the e36

I LOVE the e36 M3 mirrors, if anything I'd put e36 M3 mirrors on an e46 before I put e46 mirrors on an e36.
