| Trying to track down a burgundy E46 M3...
I am relatively new to the DTM scene, so bare with. But, I am not BS'ing you guys on this one.
Today (Monday, Jan 13th) around 5:20, a burgundy M3 with what I would call a "touring" body kit turned onto University from Alafaya Blvd here in <b>Orlando, FL</b>. By touring, I mean something that you would see in the V8 Supercar Challenge / 24 Hours of LeMans. This car was beautiful, with huge flared fenders, more air-ducts then what you can shake a stick at, massive brakes on it, and ya... Another feature that I found interesting is that it had a Euro plate on it, no Florida (or any other state for that matter) tag on it. It wasn't even configured that way, it just had the 4" x 14" (or whatever the demensions are) for the Euro style plates on the back. I talked to Walt (xmdfmk7x) and I don't think that he believes me. Looking at pics online, the closest that I can find to the car that I saw is the E46 M3 GTR.
So, if anyone can help me get some more info this Burgundy beast that I saw today, I would really appreciate the help. It was practically a life changing experience.
