The UI for the scrollbar is not very intuitive. I know you show how to do it but it is different from every other scrollbar implementation and that makes it hard on the users. I would suggest a two scrollbars. One next to the text and one next to the pics. Otherways of doing it would be to embed the sections as a flash movie with a mouseMove scrolling action on each.
