| e46 M3 ... 333hp vs 270hp max. BUT depending on weight and driver capapbility who knows.

| I think in a traditional 6-speed M3 the Prelude might have a chance if the M3 driver is awful but if its an SMG M3 you can pretty much count on a good launch and shifting so the M3 would eat the Prelude alive for sure

| my roomate has a prelude: type SH (manual) AEM cold air, DC headers, GReddy exhaust, lower pully, & was running 75 shot nos. wrx beat him (but my friend in the wrx launches like a friggen pro) high end: e46 would win low end: e46 would win. |
