E46 M3 Door Speakers

Yo guys I have an '01 ///M3 w/ the H/K sound system and the two speakers in the doors (the lower round ones, near your feet) suck. They always rattle. I want to upgrade these speakers now and I will eventually put a nice system in but these 2 need to get out of the car this week. My question is, what size are these speakers and what type of speaker do you guys recommend I replace them w/?????????

dont quote me, buit lots of 01 m3's had rattling speakers and they were covered by the dealerships
