Alright, while searching for VW cup info I stumbled onto some CRAZY videos. This a a real sequantial, not the lame street SMGII style, haha. This is the real deal, the "race version" with a big old shift lever in the middle of the car, the way a sequential is supposed to be

Check them all out. They drive SO fast, even the miatas which are usually momentum cars are friggin tearing ass! But i think those are probably like 300hp miatas.
