Do E46 M3 wheels fit on an E36?

I may have access to a set cheap. I hear the fronts fit, but the rears are another story. Anyone have any first hand experience?

there was a guy by the name of sal, who had a set of e46 m3 rims on a 4 door m3. i dont think he had any problems. u can also ask manny g, who was the original owner

Doc is right, only you need two sets of front wheels, the rear will NOT fit on any E36.

Would they require rolling the fenders to have them fit? Where do they rub?

are you trying to fit the rear 18" rims on the back of your e36?

Yeah I was wondering is the 18" rims fit right in. I assume they don't. I need wider tires in the rear with the power I'm putting down, so i was hoping those big ass rims would fit. But the engineers at BM would never make my life that easy...

unfortunatly they won't fit the E36 because the offset is too shallow. they will fit an E39 though, not that it'll help anyone.

yep. the rears would prob stick out beyond the fender flare on an E36.

if this is with the tires (which i hope not) the sidewalls on the tires are way too thick for E36s...
