None of the E46 M3 exhausts add enough power to make that a buying consideration according to the independent dyno tests I've seen. Expect 5-7hp for the muffler alone, and another 2-3hp if you replace the center resonator with a straight pipe. The one that is the subject of this thread won't be any different, although the titanium construction is cool.
Brand A has an advertising dyno chart that shows significant increases, as well as miraculous torque increases throughout the range, but I'd bet serious money it was done by an artist to match the marketing director's fantasy of what he wished it would do. Until I see independent verification I absolutely don't beleive their numbers.
$1800-$2200 (assuming resonator replacement at $400-$50) is a lot to spend for what amount to a 2-3% increase, so you want to make certain you like the sound and cosmetics.
I installed a Supersprint w/ straight connecting pipe on mine back in April, and have been happy with the quality of the sound and appearance. I have no fantasies that I added more than 2% to the very top end, and I'm sure I lost an equally small amount of torque on the low end.
