has any raced this e46 M3

there is this kid at my school who drives an E46 M3. Its titanium silver with 18" HRE 540 rims, H&R suspension, UUC short shift kit, and window tint. my other friend raced him in his m5, and he said that he smoked him. i was just wondering if anyone here has raced him.

No, I havn't seen or raced his car. What school do you guys go to? His car sounds pretty nice. Is he on the board?

Yeah I know who you are talking about. His name is Zack right? I work at Knauz BMW and he comes down there all the time. He just got an S2000 a couple of weeks ago as well. I haven't raced him but it is one sweet car. I asked him to come to some of our dtm meets but hasn't been able to come yet. The M3 is .1 second faster then the M5 so maybe he just wasn't shifting fast enough.

WHAT? 2002 M3 in H.S.? and another with a M5? dude, thats so wrong =). i had to drive a old 1983 chevey celeberty 2 door with a bench front seat! and after that i had to drive a 1987 toyota van, man, my friends used to call it the "Toaster" cus it was white and tall, just like a toaster. whats this world coming too........

Is this the kid that lives in Lake Forest? Also has an S4? If so, yeah, I raced him at Great Lakes dragaway, and absolutely smoked him!

Heheh, maybe he started working when he was really young, and invested in stock and what not. I know tons of people that have done that!

yes it is zack. yes he does have an s2000 and an s4. yes his dad bought it for him. yes his dad is loaded. they also have an aston martin. i dont think hes on the board.

O-Ace do u know what zack ran in his s4. he told me that he's pushing around 400 hp. Phat 328i i used to always see ur car around the border of glenview and northbrook. it was by the shopping plaza with blockbuster, egg harbor, and the asian market.

you mean around Pfingsten/Willow...I work close by and go out for lunch in that area, maybe that's why.

don't know what that guy's S4 runs. I only met him once at GLD. He was doing some massive shit to the S4 tho...custom heads, and whatnot. That car should be in low 12s/high 11s if he can get the shifts right. He was running mid to low 14's in the M3, so I wasn't too impressed with his driving. Hopefully he's improved by now

yes I have raced a 2000 M5, I beat him by two car lenghts from a rolling 1st gear start. I think the M3 is quicker out of the hole.
