*Question for E46 M3 owners*

I was wondering what was the maximun temperature that the oil of your car reached. The normal temperature is a little under 210F. Thanx

I got to half way of 210º and 300º before. It was summer time so I let it cool down for an hour.

Mine hasn't gotten much past the 210 mark, but then again I haven't ran it very hard yet at all and the weather hasn't been outstandingly hot yet. In the manual it says something like "do not exceed maximum oil temp of 300F under performance driving" so I guess you could run it pretty hot if you really wanted to.
